Every box of crickets is an experiment. From farming to processing, we collect data that we use to innovate our processes. We are bringing automation and modern technology to an industry where there has been none.
Current technologies
Crickets are farmed vertically in boxes up to 6 meters high in racks. After ca. 4 weeks, living crickets are harvested and culled by freezing. After washing, crickets are processed into powder through our high-end spray drying technology.
The final product, cricket powder, is of exceptional quality regarding flavour, smell, structure, and uniformity.
